STATEMENT
on the policy in the fields of quality, information security, and service management

This policy statement presents the general principles on which Graphit Innovation Factory's activities are based in the fields of quality, information security, and services, as well as the objectives we set.
The Integrated Management System includes: data processing, web page administration and related activities, custom software development (client-oriented software with methodologies such as AGILE and DEVOPS), web portal activities, editing of other software products, research and development in natural and engineering sciences and in social and human sciences.
The principles underlying our activity are:
- Implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2022
- Ensuring that the Integrated Management System achieves its intended results
- Determining, understanding, and meeting customer requirements and expectations, as well as applicable legal requirements
- Increasing service quality through ongoing staff training and obtaining new certifications
- Protecting our own and clients' information, ensuring service activity and equipment maintenance
- Achieving a turnover that ensures sustainable organizational development
Objectives proposed to fulfill these principles:
- Implementing and improving the Service Management and Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO 27001:2022, and maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Optimizing internal processes to increase service quality
- Increasing turnover
- Achieving a solid market position
- Maintaining strategic partnerships
- Continually improving human resource quality through training and certifications
Commitment:
The General Director of Graphit Innovation Factory commits to be personally involved in developing, implementing, and improving service management capability, taking into account business and customer requirements.
A team has been appointed to implement and improve the Integrated Management System, coordinating its activity.
Ultimate responsibility for service quality and the system in which they are delivered rests with Graphit Innovation Factory management.
